Job Summary:

This position is responsible for ensuring repairs are completed in a timely manner. Work performed in the shop and in the field. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities and Expectations:

Train and ensure safety on all jobs
Schedule incoming repairs 
Communicate with Location Manager and field crew on required repairs needed
Requisition parts, computes work orders and/or repair orders
Perform maintenance and repairs on vehicles and equipment as needed
Turn in Purchase Orders and Repair Orders daily
Ability to travel within our locations in Miles City, Billings, and Powell, WY. 
Work Hours: Monday – Friday 7am – 6pm and Saturday’s as needed.
Professional Dress: Agri logo safety shirt and clean jeans.
Show Respect to all Customers and Employees
Communication: 24 hour turn around on all emails, texts or phone call responses.

Minimum Qualifications (Experience/Education):

Must have a high school education or equivalent. 1 year experience in the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of automobiles and/or farm equipment; OR, Completion of a one year vocational training program in automotive or farm mechanics. Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved. Must have CDL or the ability to get one within 6 months. 

Competencies or Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA’s):

Knowledge in the diagnosis and repair of automotive, heavy equipment, or farm equipment
Skill in operating shop tools and machines

Work in all weather conditions. The physical demand described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee in order to successfully perform the essential function of this job.
