Agri Industries is dedicated to providing the customer with the best possible service for his irrigation system.  In addition, our goal is to respond to the pivot service needs of our loyal customers within 24 hours of their service request.  To accomplish that, Agri Industries keeps on staff a full-time pivot service man.  Our salesmen are also accomplished at servicing pivots.  To maintain the best possible level of service for the customer, Agri sends several employees to Valmont's Service Seminar each year.  This seminar covers the most current service issues, the latest in technical advances, and new products about to be released.  Nearly every employee of Agri Industries has participated in Valmont's service seminar.  Agri Industries also services all other brands of pivots and is competent at servicing competitive machines.  When you need pivot service, Valley or competitive, look to Agri Industries

Scott Willard--Servicemen
Agri Industries's current serviceman is Scott Willard.  Scott is an electrician's apprentice and has a background in electronics.  In addition, Mike Ames, Lee Candee, and Neil Iversen act as servicemen to achieve our twenty-four hour service response goal.  The service department can be reached by contacting us at the Williston office.

Jerry Decker--Serviceman
